Have you ever wanted to be a part of something really impactful? Our new home construction volunteers don’t need any skills or tools, just a willingness to be a part of the team! Show up in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and learn new skills! Home build volunteers have helped raise walls, install siding and drywall, build cabinets, paint and more.

Repairs projects are completed throughout Fannin and Gilmer counties and typically take a few hours to two to three days to complete. Volunteers are needed to assist the Repairs Construction Lead in making much needed repairs to homes. These repairs include a variety of repairs that could include repairing or rebuilding decks and porches, building wheelchair ramps or replacing windows. No skills are necessary, we will teach you everything you need to know.

The Habitat ReStore is a fun and vibrant thrift store in Blue Ridge, GA. Volunteers at the ReStore help with preparing donations to be placed out for sale. They also help with setting up retail displays, maintaining the store appearance and helping customers.
